The BAO will be responsible for executing third party risk management activities with daily tasks processing in addition to reviewing rules and regulations in support of the Citi’s Third Party Management (TPM) Program. - Business and supplier facing controls - Including but not limited to: Assessment of third party compliance, Ownership screening, Corporate responsibility questionnaire, HR Management Program, Insurance Coverage Review, pre-contract due diligence and post-contract ongoing monitoring activities - Regulatory submission and governance items globally - Have a clear understanding of all Citi policies and procedures that directly impact TPM and our Business Stakeholders to drive the adoption and adherence to these processes and procedures to minimize risk, in a timebound manner. - Perform based on specific third-party risk profile, country, and / or business requirements in compliance with Third Party Management requirements and any other alternate framework requirements - Ensure timely completion and updates to third-party related risk information based on required frequency; track outstanding items for follow-up - Respond to TPM related queries received from different stakeholders - Ensure that queries and requests are processed within Service Level Agreement (SLA) to maintain customer satisfaction. All queries must be well documented, monitored and efficiently addressed at all times. - Engage with Third Party Management, Country and Global compliance, P2P and Sector/Regional Risk teams to provide guidance on policy compliance and overall third-party risk management requirements, as needed - Provide support to Citi businesses for the execution of third-party risk management activities, including but not limited to: - Monitoring third party’s performance to SLAs - Monitoring customer complaints related to third parties - Monitoring compliance to Citi Records Management standards - Evaluation and monitoring of third party’s dependence on subcontractors - Supporting the preparation for third party onsite reviews - Support reporting activities, as required - Participate in continuous improvement activities - Complete all tasks in connection with the organization’s activity but not detailed in the current job description, instructed by the direct manager, supervisor, or the functional head. **Knowledge/Experience**: - Minimum 6 years of experience working in Third Party Management, regulatory items, compliance, project management or staffing industry experience - Experience with relationship management - including internal and external stakeholders - Proficient in Microsoft Office including using MS Excel to present data and/or create reports - Demonstrated experience with automated end-to-end sourcing tools e.g. Fieldglass, including implementation and organizational change experience - Experience of training and mentoring new team members - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Able to grasp and master new requirements and related knowledge. - Strong organization skills and detail orientation - Able to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment - Ability to multi-task and deliver tasks - Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills - Able to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation - Flexible approach and willingness to adapt to needs and demands of clients**Job Family Group**: Human Resources - **Job Family**: Recruiting - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
