**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop educational and evaluation materials consistent with the philosophy and framework of the program and responsible for maintaining current expertise in the discipline.
- Foster a learner-centered environment that reflects best practices, establishing rigorous curricula and relevant programs of study to promote student success, research, and cultivating a culture of civility, collaboration, inclusion, and respect for individual differences and perspectives.
- Administrative functions of the department.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to represent the Faculty, both within the University and externally.
- Provide valuable inputs in areas of curriculum development, institutional assessment and improvement, human resource.
