Lab Technician

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct routine laboratory tests and procedures.
- Prepare and process samples for various assays and experiments.
- Operate laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
- Recording experimental data, observations, and results accurately.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols in the laboratory.
- Manage inventory and supplies of consumables in the laboratory.

**Required Education and Skills**
- Education: - DMLT/Diploma/Bachelor’s, Microbiology, Biotechnology.
- Work experience: - 2 - 5 years preferred.
- Familiarity with techniques related to Andrology and IVF Reproductive testing.
- Proficient in microscopy, media preparation, pipetting and sample handling.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
