Job Summary:
Tata 1mg is hiring Back Office Executives for its Non-Voice Chat Support process. This backend role involves handling customer queries via chat, processing orders, managing records, and ensuring timely resolution. The role is based at our Noida Sector 62 office and operates in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries and service requests through live chat and internal tools.
- Maintain accurate and timely data entry related to customer interactions and order processing.
- Ensure high-quality and professional communication while resolving issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of escalations.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data and adhere to company guidelines.
- Meet process-related targets and quality benchmarks.

**Required Skills**:

- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 30 WPM with 90%+ accuracy).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and web-based platforms.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in a structured, target-based process.

Qualifications:

- Minimum: 12th Pass

**Experience**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in chat support or back office operations is preferred

Salary Details:
₹14,000 - ₹16,000 CTC per month

Shift Timings:

- 24/7 Rotational Shifts
- Typical Shift Options:

- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
