**Job Title: Civil-Structural Draughtsman**

Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in structural drafting
Education: Diploma Civil or ITI Civil
Location: Ahmedabad (Head Office)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Study Architectural & other consultants drawings and understand design brief
- Create and modify detailed RCC & Steel structural drawings and plans using CAD software, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Maintain quality control procedures to ensure high standards of draughting practices.
- Communicate with clients, architects, other consultants and site team for project related coordination
- Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
- Visit site for inspection of structural works in compliance with structural drawings & design specifications

**Required skills**:

- Expertise in structural draughting techniques and methodologies.
- Proficient in CAD software with the ability to produce accurate and detailed drawings.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Proficient in MS office and CAD tools
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team
- Excellent communication skills, co-ordination, decision-making and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to quality and excellence in all work.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
