**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct detailed safety inspections and audits of lift systems, including mechanical, electrical, and control components.
- Ensure lifts are designed, installed, and maintained in accordance with national safety standards and regulations.
- Identify potential safety hazards and provide corrective recommendations.
- Analyze lift performance data and incident reports to improve safety measures.
- Oversee lift maintenance schedules and supervise technicians during safety-critical maintenance tasks.
- Provide expert advice on lift modernization and replacement projects.
- Train building management and lift maintenance staff on best practices for lift safety and emergency procedures.
- Prepare detailed safety reports and documentation for regulatory authorities.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving safety codes, technologies, and industry standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant technical discipline.
- Proven experience in lift safety inspection, maintenance, or consultancy.
- In-depth knowledge of national and international lift safety codes (e.g., EN 81, ASME A17.1).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and report writing abilities.
- Certification as a lift safety inspector (preferred).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in risk assessment methodologies.
- Ability to handle emergency lift rescue operations.
- Strong knowledge of PLC-based lift control systems.

**Work Environment**:
Work involves site visits to commercial, residential, or industrial buildings, as well as office-based tasks for reporting and documentation. The role may require occasional travel.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
