**The details on the Job profile:

1. It's a monthly contractual role which can move to a year long intervention basis the performance of the trainer.

2. Specifically, I need trainers who have worked for colour cosmetic brands.

3. Payment cycle - 30 working days & 35,000 per month will be the trainers remuneration. This is a negotiable basis for the trainer profile.

**Scope of work:

- **

1. Conduct OJT's (on the job training) - Daily 3 stores visits will be aligned with the supervisor of the company for which OJT's will be conducted & a report needs to be filled & submitted by EOD.

2. 6 working days in a week - Out of which 1 day will be work from home.

3. Work from Home - Doing any industry research or product research requested by the client & reworking on any reports or meetings scheduled with the team.

4. CRT Training - Trainer has to facilitate 2 days of training for the participants.

**Assistance Provided to the trainer:

1. Content & OJT Template for all sessions will be provided to the trainer.

2. Product training will be provided to the trainer
