Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain office asset records sheet (laptops, mobiles etc.)
- Oversee repair and maintenance of office equipment; coordinate with

vendors
- Update and maintain office policies, procedures, and staff compliance

(police verification)
- Assist HR with onboarding new employees (due-diligence and

background checks)
- Organize team events and daily/weekly employee activities; maintain

records
- Perform clerical tasks: receive calls, arrange appointments, order

supplies
- Provide general support to visitors
- Coordinate meeting schedules with other Executive Assistants
- Maintain confidentiality of crucial organizational data
- Ensure a clean office environment
- Update mail/phone directories
- Arrange travel through internal or external agencies as required

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years in handling admin roles in an organization.

Others:

- Conveyance is a must.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
