**Designation - Junior - Quality Analyst (Operations)**

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Quality check of all types of BGV like Education, Employment, Criminal, Police Verification, etc.
- Auditing reports of various clients with a range of different checks.
- Checking the backend details and providing them feedback for the same if there is any discrepancy.
- Ensuring delivery of error free quality reports.
- Ensuring TAT adherence.
- Final quality check for every parameter.
- Maintaining the quality and process of verification in the report.
- Sending reports on rework if any type of error found while quality checking.
- Prepared client’s specific reports for different clients,
- Minimize discrepancies by accurately analyzing report data and devising appropriate solutions.
- Identified and resolved process issues to encourage smoother procedures, more efficient workflow and overall growth.
- Determine and recommend methods to address improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
- Quality members are responsible to check the quality of different client’s reports on the basis of some critical & non critical parameters.
- Quality members check complete report from top to bottom on the basis of given information by client, feedback received from premises and other relevant documents, follow SOW (Scope of work) and current updates of every client.
- 'Prepared client’s specific reports for different clients,'

**Requirement**
- Graduation Completed (Not Engineers)
- Good Communication Skills.
- Keen Observer.
