**About the Role**:
As a freelancer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs for **Facebook posts**, including but not limited to graphics, promotional content, advertisements, and announcements. Task assignments will be provided by the **Resource Manager (RM)**, who will also manage deadlines and priorities. You will be expected to work independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining clear communication with the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Design & Create Social Media Posts**: Develop visually appealing Facebook posts that align with the brand's voice and marketing goals.
- **Social Media Ad Design**: Create ads and banners for Facebook Ads campaigns that are optimized for high engagement.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure designs are in line with the brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all posts.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with the content team to understand project needs and deliver designs that meet marketing objectives.
- **Versioning & Revisions**: Make revisions as needed, working closely with the client or marketing team to ensure satisfaction.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure all designs are high-quality, pixel-perfect, and optimized for digital platforms.
- **Time Management**: Manage multiple design requests simultaneously and deliver within agreed timelines.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 3-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on social media and Facebook post design.
- **Design Tools**: Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop**, **Illustrator**, **Canva**, or any other design software.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative flair with the ability to think outside the box and create engaging, innovative designs.
- **Social Media Knowledge**: Deep understanding of social media design trends, formats, and best practices.
- **Attention to Detail**: High attention to detail with an ability to create pixel-perfect designs.
- **Time Management**: Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Communication**: Strong communication skills, with the ability to understand feedback and implement revisions quickly.
- **Portfolio**: A portfolio showcasing previous social media design work (Facebook posts, social media ads, and campaigns).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with **motion graphics** or **GIFs** for social media content.
- Familiarity with **Facebook Ads Manager** and understanding of ad specifications for optimal results.
- Knowledge of **branding** and how to represent brands visually in a consistent manner.
- Experience working with clients in **e-commerce, fashion, or digital marketing**.

**Pricing & Delivery Time**:

- **Hourly Rate**: Please provide your hourly rate for freelance design work.
- **Delivery Time**: On average, we expect the completion of a set of **3-5 social media posts** (Facebook) within **2-3 business days**. The timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the design and project scope.

**Weekly Hours & Task Assignment**:

- **Hours per Week**: You will typically be expected to work **10-20 hours per week**, depending on the volume of tasks and deadlines. This may vary based on specific project needs.
- **Task Assignment**: All tasks will be assigned by the **Resource Manager (RM)**, who will provide clear instructions, deadlines, and any specific requirements for each project.
- **Flexible Hours**: The hours are flexible, but we expect timely delivery of tasks based on the assigned deadlines.
