Position: Sales and Marketing Executive

**Job Description**:
As a Sales and Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility is to drive sales and develop effective marketing strategies to promote the products or services of the company. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration. Your role requires a combination of analytical skills, creative thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

**Responsibilities**:
Sales Strategy and Execution:Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve company goals and objectives.
Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online research.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for business growth.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and effectively manage the sales process from lead generation to closure.
Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.

Marketing Planning and Execution:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, market trends, and competitive analysis.
Create engaging marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and website content.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Relationship Building and Client Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to address their needs and provide solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure customer requirements are met.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

Reporting and Analysis:Prepare regular sales and marketing reports, including sales forecasts, campaign results, and market analysis.
Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and propose improvements.
Monitor and report on competitor activities, market share, and industry developments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and techniques.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and priorities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,634.37 - ₹34,937.65 per month
