**Job Title**: Power Automate Support

**Location**: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical support for Power Automate.
- Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to Power Automate workflows, connectors, and integrations.
- Provide timely and effective resolution to technical problems, escalating issues to appropriate teams as needed.
- Guide users through the setup, configuration, and usage of Power Automate to achieve their automation goals.
- Document and track customer inquiries, technical issues, and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose complex technical issues and develop solutions to address customer challenges.
- Stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of Power Automate and provide training and guidance to users as needed.
- Assist in the development of support documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs to enhance customer self-service capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in providing technical support for Microsoft Power Automate or similar workflow automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation concepts, including triggers, actions, conditions, and connectors.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers at all levels.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional support.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
