**Teaching and Instruction**:
Deliver clear and effective lessons in Physics, ensuring understanding of concepts in mechanics, optics, heat, sound, light, electricity, and magnetism as per the CBSE syllabus.

Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, demonstrations, experiments, and multimedia tools, to engage students.

Assign, grade, and provide feedback on homework, projects, and assignments.

**Classroom Management**:
Create a safe, respectful, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.

Monitor student progress and provide individual support as needed.

Encourage student participation and foster critical thinking skills.

Assessments and Reporting:
Design and administer regular formative and summative assessments.

Prepare students for the periodic and final examinations by providing revision sessions.

Maintain accurate records of students' performance and provide periodic progress reports.

**Curriculum Planning**:
Collaborate with other science teachers to design the course structure and ensure alignment with CBSE standards.

Update and develop lesson plans and teaching materials.

Incorporate practical experiments and demonstrations to reinforce theoretical learning.

**Student Development**:
Identify and address individual learning needs and offer remedial or enrichment sessions.

Help students develop analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Parent and Teacher Communication**:
Meet with parents/guardians to discuss students' progress and any concerns.

Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and extracurricular activities as needed.

**Professional Development**:
Stay updated on the latest developments in Physics education and CBSE guidelines.

Participate in school professional development programs, workshops, and trainings.

Qualifications and Requirements:
**Education**:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Physics or a related field from a recognized university.

B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent qualification is desirable.

**Experience**:
Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in Physics, preferably at the CBSE 9th-grade level.

Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum and exam formats.

**Skills and Competencies**:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.

Patience and dedication to student success.

Strong classroom management skills.

Proficiency in using educational technologies and multimedia tools.

Ability to work collaboratively with fellow educators, students, and parents.
