1. Performs top level designs, development, fabrics, testing, installation, troubleshooting

2. Run monthly or quarterly complaint trend reports per SOP.

3. Contracting product manager/production/manufacturing facility for corrective/preventative actions

4. Issue replacement/credit orders/RGAs as required for complaint resolution and to notify sale reps/customers the results of the investigation.

**Qualification is required**:
**Diploma Textile Engineering/B.Tech - Textile Technology**

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
