Surveyor Job Description

Responsibilities for land surveyor

⚫Have good influencing and negotiating skills

Be fully competent at using the appropriate Company IT systems and Office

software

.Responding to all RFis issued by the contractor within the time limits

established by the Resident Engineers and Senior Highway Surveyor

Perform land surveys

⚫Performing record research, construction stakeout, and boundary,

topographic, transportation and utility surveys utilizing total stations and data collectors

Review information from survey teams regarding measurement of distances,

directions, angles between points and elevation of points, lines, and contours

on, above, and below the earth's surface

⚫ Plan field work & select known survey reference points

Determine the precise location of important features in the survey area

Research legal records, look for evidence of previous boundaries, and analyze

the data to determine the location of boundary lines

Record the results of surveys and verify accuracy of data

Qualifications for land surveyor

You will be expected to travel throughout the UK and be prepared to work

away from home including at weekends and on night shiftsAbility to handle the physical aspects of required field work

Familiarity with Survey site layout

Ensure project goals/objectives are met within prescribed timeframe and

funding parameters

Assist in developing and writing proposals, define scopes of work and

cost/bid estimates
- Perform mapping related research, boundary analysis, calculations, exhibits,

and legal descriptions for a variety of land development and public work related projects from small infill developments to large communities and public related improvement projects throughout Arizona

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
