- Must have experience in **Banking domain (Retail/Commercial Banking preferable)**
- Design thinking, should be able to understand the customer requirements and map those to the feature available in banking product
- Team Leading experience
- Contribute in Building Capabilities in TM and Setting-up the CoE
- Good Client interfacing skills & should have involved in client interactions Collaborate with other team members to ensure proper delivery of the requirement.
- Should have Good Communication skills, Team Player & Good Analytical Skills.
