**Inventory Management**:

- Keep accurate records of stock levels, including raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials.
- Perform regular stock audits and reconcile physical counts with the inventory management system.
- **Material Handling**:

- Properly store materials in a safe and organized manner, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations.
- Ensure first-in, first-out (FIFO) method is followed to avoid expired materials.
- **Stock Replenishment**:

- Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering to avoid shortages, coordinating with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
- Issue materials to production based on approved requisitions.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain records for material receipts, issues, and returns.
- Ensure proper documentation of all transactions, including supplier details, batch numbers, expiry dates, etc.
- **Coordination with Departments**:

- Coordinate with the procurement, production, and quality control teams for seamless material flow.
- Collaborate with the logistics team for dispatch and distribution of finished goods.
- **Storage and Safety**:

- Ensure the proper storage conditions for sensitive pharmaceutical products, adhering to temperature, humidity, and cleanliness standards.
- Follow safety protocols to avoid contamination or damage to materials.

**Procurement Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Management**:

- Identify and evaluate suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and other operational needs.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- **Purchase Orders**:

- Prepare and process purchase orders based on requisitions from various departments.
- Ensure timely and accurate procurement of materials in compliance with quality standards.
- **Sourcing and Supply Chain Management**:

- Develop and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of quality materials.
- Work on alternative sourcing strategies to mitigate risk in case of supply disruptions.
- **Cost Control**:

- Work within budgets and identify opportunities for cost-saving in the procurement process.
- Analyze market trends and pricing for raw materials to plan future purchases effectively.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure that all procurement activities comply with the company's internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Verify that suppliers adhere to required quality standards, including regulatory and GMP compliance.
- **Inventory and Order Monitoring**:

- Track delivery schedules and manage the timely receipt of goods, addressing any delays or quality issues with suppliers.
- Ensure that the procurement activities align with production timelines to avoid bottlenecks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
