**Roles and Responsibilities** - Cold calling convenience store owners based in the USA. - Majority of these owners will be native Gujarati so it's important you are able to communicate in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. - Collaborate and brainstorm with the sales team to reach out to independent convenience store owners in the United States. - Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. - Go the etra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales. - Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. - Build a pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and eisting clients. - At least 2 to 5 years of outbound cold calling sales eperience. - Eperience selling to international clients. - Must be fluent in Gujarati, Hindi & English. This is a dealbreaker. - Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone. - Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems. - Prior eperience in the following technologies will be preferred - Salesforce, Ring DNA. - 70-80 calls a day. - Y Combinator Funded company **Perks and Benefits** - Incentives - You can easily earn 50% of your salary in incentives in addition to your fied salary. - **Night Shift timings - 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST.
