Ability to perform sales in selling optical frames and lenses

Supervise, manage, motivate and develop staff in the outlet according to company policies

Effective communication with all retail associates to ensure seamless customer experience

Inventory management, Managing error free Stock Audit activity and to maintain zero discrepancies.

Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

Manage and supervise selling and customer service activities and staff competence in the outlet, so as to optimize and sustain sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
Diploma/BSc in Optometry is Preferable

Experience - Min 1-2 years as a Store Incharge in Optical Industry.

Should be well versed in people management, the system handling
