Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Formulation and Product Development*: Create new and innovative Ayurvedic cosmetic products, including skincare, haircare, and makeup, using natural ingredients and traditional Ayurvedic principles.

2. *Raw Material Sourcing*: Source high-quality, organic, and sustainable raw materials, adhering to Ayurvedic standards and principles.

3. *Manufacturing and Production*: Oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring products are made in accordance with Ayurvedic principles, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and quality control standards.

4. *Quality Control and Assurance*: Conduct quality control checks on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods to ensure they meet the company's quality standards.

6. *Collaboration and Communication*: Work closely with the production team, quality control department, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless production, quality, and innovation.

7. *Compliance and Regulatory Affairs*: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards, such as FDA, USDA, and Ayurvedic standards.

8. *Should be Ready to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement with the company.

MUST HAVE 10 years of Experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
