**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Write compelling copy for digital ads, social media, print materials, and brand campaigns.
- Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and present ideas.
- Collaborate with designers and other creative roles to make sure each campaign hits the mark.
- Maintain and refine brand voice, ensuring tone and style remain consistent across all platforms.
- Conduct background research to understand audiences, market trends, and relevant topics.
- Proofread and edit content thoroughly, checking language, format, and overall quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record as a copywriter (any medium is welcome: digital, print, social, etc.).
- Strong language skills and the ability to adapt your writing style to various brands or audiences.
- Interest in (and preferably experience with) real estate marketing or similar sectors.
- Confidence in generating original concepts and responding to feedback positively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects without compromising on creativity or deadlines.
