Hi, We are looking for freshers to join our young and dynamic team to work on International projects in AEC Industry.
- BE/B. Tech/ME/MTech in Electrical Engineering with good grades
- Quick learner
- Able to work in team environment and must communicate effectively
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

**Training Structure**:Our training structure is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience:

- **First Three Months (Unpaid)**: This initial phase focuses on your professional development, with comprehensive training on industry-leading software such as **Revit MEP (Mechanical), AutoCAD Mechanical, SolidWorks and more. This phase is unpaid,** reflecting our commitment to building a strong foundation for your future career.
- On successful completion of the Training period, you may be considered for the regular employment (Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET), with compensation based on your performance.
- **Commitment**:

- As part of our commitment to supporting your professional development, we ask that you sign a commitment period agreement for a duration of
- **15 Months,**

beginning from the **fourth month of your training**. This agreement signifies our investment in your growth within Intelligent Consulting Engineers.
