**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive **Inside Sales Executive** to drive business growth by connecting with leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales—all from within the office or over digital platforms. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining product offerings, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead Generation & Conversion:

- Conduct outbound calls to cold/warm prospects from lead databases
- Explain product/service features, benefits, pricing, and offers
- Identify customer pain points and position appropriate solutions
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into confirmed clients

Client Handling & CRM:

- Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and lead progress in CRM tools
- Schedule demos or meetings for senior sales staff if needed
- Address customer queries or route them to the right team
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales journey

Reporting & Feedback:

- Track daily, weekly, and monthly lead status and sales numbers
- Report customer feedback to improve pitch, services, or offerings
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs consistently

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in spoken English and [local language]
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a growth mindset

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
