**Job Title: Sales Executive**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain and expand a portfolio of clients by building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
- Provide feedback on customer needs and product improvements

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, or similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Willingness to travel as needed

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in selling industrial components
- Min. 5 yrs experience
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics
