**Job Title: Female Telemarketing Executive - Civil Laboratory Equipment**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce our civil laboratory equipment.
- Understand customer needs and recommend products that meet their requirements.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product range, features, and benefits.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Record customer information accurately in the database.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions and market trends to the sales and marketing teams.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Working knowledge about telemarketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in marketing or related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in using computers and sales software.
