**Roles & Responsibilities**
- To prepare Agreements, Registry, transfer paper.
- To prepare the Resolution with the help of Legal Department and maintain the same in a file.
- To prepare NOC & NDC for clients and update the same in Register.
- Responsible to oversee the documentation process.
- Ensure the accurate and up-to-date maintenance of records.
- Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and high service quality standards.
- Responsible in maintaining MIS and closely work for preparation of final work Report.
- Managing post booking customer services till delivery /possession stage.
- Collection of payment dues, against demands generated with construction progress.
- Assisting customers on allotment of Flats, Registration, Cancellation, Bank Loan Issues, Transfer of Deeds, etc.
- To attend the calls and customers.
- Update the data in MS Excel.
- Any other miscellaneous work given by management.

**Who can apply?**
- Should be graduate.
- Work experience as Steno in Real Estate Industry or related industry.
- **Must have excellent typing speed in English & Punjabi.**
- Excellent MS Office knowledge.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality

**Location**:

- Palm Walk, Ludhiana

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
