Gridline architect is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect/Business Partner with exceptional management skills to join our team. As a leading construction company, we are dedicated to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company's strategic business plans

Lead and manage architectural projects from concept design to construction administration

Provide expert architectural guidance and solutions to clients

Establish and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and industry professionals

Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control

Manage a team of architects, designers, and support staff

Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's client base

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
