**Job Profile**:

- Identify Potential Vendors & obtain quotes.
- Evaluate offers from vendors & negotiate for Pricing, Supply & Payment terms.
- Contact Vendors to confirm Purchase order details
- Preparing & Mailing Purchase Orders.
- Track & Monitor Purchases from initial order to delivery.
- Followup of Material in case of late delivery
- Compare Product deliveries with issued Purchase order & contact vendors when there are discrepancies
- Work closely with relevant departments to ensure products purchased are in line with the needs of the company
- Keep accurate records of Purchases made.
- Attending meetings with vendors
- Co-ordinate with Account staff for Payment regarding queries
- Co-ordinate with the vendors when there are any issue related to their Invoices.
- Maintain good relationship with vendors & our Office staff for smooth working process.
