**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualization and Ideation: Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to understand project objectives and develop creative concepts and visual strategies.
- Design Development: Create visually compelling graphics, layouts, and designs that align with the project's goals. This includes but is not limited to logos, banners, posters, info graphics, and digital illustrations.
- Branding and Identity: Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency in all visual materials produced, and refresh branding as needed to stay current.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and other relevant tools to create and edit visual content.
- Print Design: Create print-ready materials, including business cards, brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional materials, adhering to industry-standard printing processes.
- Typography and Layout: Choose appropriate fonts and layouts to enhance readability and visual appeal, ensuring effective communication of the intended message.
- Photography and Image Editing: Select and edit images, manipulate photographs, and incorporate them into designs when necessary.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, copywriters, and other creative professionals to ensure a unified and cohesive visual message.
- Feedback and Revisions: Accept feedback and make necessary revisions to designs based on input from clients, team members, or supervisors.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring that all design work meets quality standards.
- Stay Current: Continuously stay updated on design trends, software updates, and industry best practices to maintain relevance in the field.
- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and make revisions as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong creative and artistic abilities.
- A keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with web design and user experience (UX) principles.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for basic web coding.
- Animation and video editing skills.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling and animation software.
- Understanding of marketing principles and branding strategies.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
