Key Deliverables:
1 Site inspection for civil work and ensure that all work as per drawing & as per all specification

2 Issued construction drawing to vendor

3 Coordinate with vendor for smooth flow work

4 Review project progress report

5 Lay out and survey for new project site

6 Make JMR which work not done as per drawing or extra work

7 Checking the quality of all type of RCC work

8 Checking all work as per latest drawing

9 Checking of quality test at site and pour card

10 Bill checking and certified as per PO

11 Complete all document regarding bill for audit work along with reconciliation

12 Issue signed work permit on daily basis and extension the same.

13 Take part in safety GAMBA WALK and compliance all point

14 Give safety talk to unskilled labour and aware about hazards.

15 Site supervision of site civil works
