**Job Summary**

Actively involved in research & development of new product to expand product portfolio
- Approving & matching shades for products (Nail Polish ,Lipstick, Lipgloss, Eye Liner, Kajal, Compact, foundation) for production batches, R&D purposes
- Developing new products in color cosmetics products.
- Conducting and managing product trials of new Raw Materials
- Posting development of products, developing formulation sheets, procedures, specifications, and maintaining
Master control samples for recording and researching purposes
- Conducting quality checks on Raw material under development
- Analyzing new supplier for better raw material and cost cutting measure on management suggestion
- For new launches matching and analyzing new shades of Lipstick, Lip-gloss, Nail Polish etc

**Responsibilities and Duties**
Cosmetologist
Masters in Cosmetic Technology / Bachelors in Cosmetic Technology

Lab Instrument Knowledge
Other Knowledge Personal Care
Must be well versed with computers and communication skills
Research and Development of cosmetic products, which includes literature survey, development of formulations, international statutory requirements, safety of raw materials and products stability study, Q.C and documentation.
Also evaluating performance characteristics of products and taking corrective action for enhancement of performance scientific validation of test results.
To train the production team for the manufacturing of the developed /modified products as per the requirement.
Involve in trouble shooting, de-bottle necking and solving process problems.
Development of various types of cosmetics, personal care products as per requirement of the company...

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

Masters in Cosmetic Technology / Bachelors in Cosmetic Technology

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
