**Job Description: Content Writer (Media Industry)**

**Position**: Content Writer (Hindi/English)
**Location**: Noida Sector 16
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**:

- Write compelling, original, and audience-focused content for articles, blogs, scripts, press releases, and social media.
- Develop creative content for multimedia platforms, including video scripts, podcasts, and digital campaigns.
- **Research & Ideation**:

- Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Brainstorm and pitch fresh ideas for content based on trending topics and audience preferences.
- **Editing & Proofreading**:

- Review and edit content for grammar, tone, style, and accuracy to maintain high-quality standards.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and messaging guidelines.
- **SEO & Digital Optimization**:

- Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.
- Use tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to monitor content performance and make data-driven improvements.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with editors, graphic designers, videographers, and social media teams to create cohesive multimedia content.
- Coordinate with marketing and PR teams to align content with campaign goals.
- **Content Strategy**:

- Contribute to the development of content calendars and strategies to drive engagement and traffic.
- Stay updated on industry trends, audience behaviors, and content formats.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1+ years of experience in content writing, preferably in the media industry.
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Strong storytelling skills with an understanding of audience engagement.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
