**Job Roles and Responsibilities - Operations Coordinator**

1. Registering and on boarding the New Clients and timely updating the concerned internal teams very clearly on the deliverable and expectations.

2. Drafting and sharing quotations with the client inquiries

3. Delegation of work responsibility to the SaathEase Staff on Nursing, Physio and Associate assignments (and/or other service lines, as and when they are introduced) and maintaining their daily scheduler and effective coordination, to service the Client on a regular basis.

4. Coordinate with Junior Doctor and attender for delivery of services.

5. Coordinate with external providers for timely and satisfactory delivery of services.

6. Generate and share reports about service utilisation, efficiency and engagement

7. Engage with customers and clients, receive feedback on services provided, address customer grievances.

8. Handling employee request, queries, emergencies

9. Maintaining Employee Productivity Sheet on monthly basis and sharing corrective actions/analysis with the Reporting Authority;
10. Maintaining track records of employees productivity; (Black Diary and White Diary)

11. Maintaining track records of past, present and potential clients.

12. Feedback on Remuneration and increment

13. Performance appraisal

14. Preparing and maintaining HR files in strict confidentiality of the entire staff.

15. Adhere to the highest standard of professional conduct, be courteous and respectful to the customers.

16. Any other responsibilities, as assigned by SaathEase Management, from time to time.
