**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging video content that communicates the intended message.
- Collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and production teams to understand project goals and translate them into impactful visual narratives.
- Enhance video content with graphics, animations, special effects, sound design, and color correction.
- Maintain high standards of video quality by ensuring attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of creativity.
- Edit videos for different formats and platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Facebook) ensuring optimization for each.
- Input music, voiceovers, dialogues, and sound effects into videos where required.
- Work with the team to continuously improve video production processes and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and tools to ensure cutting-edge video production.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in / or a related field is a plus.
- **2+ years of professional experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role.**:

- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and animation software like After Effects is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and editing workflows.
- Solid experience with sound design, syncing audio, and implementing voiceovers.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen sense of visual storytelling.
- Strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize workload effectively under tight deadlines.
- Portfolio or reel demonstrating a strong command of video editing, creative vision, and technical skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with animation and/or motion graphics.
- Knowledge of basic cinematography and experience with cameras is a plus.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and how video content plays a role in them.
