**Job Description: BCA Teacher (Bachelor of Computer Applications)**

**Position**: BCA Teacher
**Department**: Computer Science / Information Technology
**Reports To**: Head of Department (HOD)
**Location**: Basti, U.P.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Course Delivery**:

- Prepare detailed lesson plans, course materials, and assessments aligned with the curriculum.
- Facilitate engaging, interactive, and practical classroom sessions.
- Use a variety of teaching methods, such as lectures, demonstrations, practical lab sessions, and online learning platforms.
- **Student Support**:

- Provide guidance and mentorship to students on academic and career development.
- Address students' academic concerns and provide extra help during office hours or through online channels.
- Encourage student participation and foster a collaborative learning environment.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Create and grade assignments, quizzes, projects, and exams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Assist in the development and continuous improvement of the BCA curriculum to ensure it remains relevant and up-to-date with industry standards.
- Stay current with advancements in the field of computer science and update course content accordingly.
- **Lab Supervision**:

- Supervise students during practical sessions in computer labs, ensuring they are following safety protocols and using resources efficiently.
- Provide technical support and guidance to students working on their lab projects.
- **Professional Development**:

- Collaborate with other faculty members and departments to enhance the overall learning experience for students.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (MCA, M.Sc. IT, etc.)
- Proven experience in teaching BCA students or a similar academic role in a reputed educational institution.
- Hands-on experience with programming languages, software tools, and technologies related to BCA curriculum.
- Familiarity with both traditional and online teaching platforms
- Proficient in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, or others.
- Expertise in database management systems (SQL, MySQL, Oracle).
- Knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc.), operating systems, and software engineering principles.
- Ability to work with different learning management systems (LMS) and online tools

**Personal Skills**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and staff.
- Passionate about teaching and a genuine interest in helping students succeed academically.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
