Oversee the processing of customs declarations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate records of customs documents and import/export activities.

Identify and assess new suppliers to improve service quality and secure cost-effective procurement solutions.

Manage import tracking systems, providing up-to-date records and monitoring shipment statuses.

Liaise with vendors and carriers to negotiate competitive shipping rates and ensure timely deliveries.

Prepare and review shipping documents to ensure adherence to customs and international shipping regulations.

Handle the import of hazardous materials, ensuring compliance with safety standards and legal requirements.

Provide regular reports to management on import operations, including shipment updates and vendor performance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.

1-3 years of experience in import/export operations or logistics.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with customs regulations and documentation requirements.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
