**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Assist project managers in tracking project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and schedules.
- Monitor project progress and handle routine administrative tasks.
- Prepare and update project reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure clarity in requirements and deliverables.
- Identify and escalate potential project risks and issues in a timely manner.
- Support the team in using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist with resource allocation and budget tracking.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT project coordination or project support roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good knowledge of project lifecycle and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
