As a Farmer Worker, you will play a crucial role in the cultivation and maintenance of crops on our farm. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a passion for agriculture.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops according to farming schedules and procedures.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, such as tractors, harvesting machines, and irrigation systems.
- Maintain and repair farm structures, fences, and equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and use protective equipment when working with chemicals or machinery.
