**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all design processes from conceptualization to final delivery.
- Conduct trend research, market analysis, and identify gaps to explore new opportunities.
- Interpret fashion forecasts through various sources such as WGSN, industry reports, and market observation.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for trends, detailing, embroideries, embellishments, and innerwear-specific designs.
- Possess strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction.
- Ensure precise fittings and adjustments to achieve design perfection.
- Manage TNA (Time and Action) planning, coordination, follow-ups, costing, sample development, and negotiations.
- Organize and participate in internal and external meetings for product development.
- Maintain an organized, disciplined approach while working in a senior role.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and production efficiency.
- Meet strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively present designs using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other digital design tools.
- Digitally document and maintain all design processes and archives.
- Foster strong team collaboration to ensure seamless workflow in product development.
- Lead and manage teams to deliver seasonal collections within the stipulated timeline.
- Maintain aesthetic sensibility, precision, and attention to detail.
- Be open to travel for research, sourcing, and development purposes.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in innerwear or apparel design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and digital design tools.
- Strong understanding of fabrics, trims, and technical design aspects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented and deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in costing, sampling, and production coordination.
- Creation of Tech Packs and BOM (Bill of Materials).
