**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Science and AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions within the Mobile, Consumer Goods, and Apparel industries.

In this role, you will leverage advanced data science techniques and AI/ML models to:

- **Extract actionable insights** from large-scale datasets.
- **Develop scalable and robust AI/ML solutions** that drive business value.
- **Stay abreast of the latest advancements** in data science and AI.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **AI/ML Model Development**: Design, develop, and deploy predictive models and algorithms to solve real-world business challenges.
- **Data Analytics**: Process large datasets to discover patterns, correlations, and actionable insights.
- **Data Pipeline & Automation**: Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and automate workflows using tools like **Python and SQL**.
- **Experimentation & Validation**: Conduct A/B testing, hyper parameter tuning, and cross-validation to optimize models.
- **Collaboration with Stakeholders**: Work with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, etc.) to understand business requirements and translate them into data models and solutions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Proficiency in Programming**: Python and SQL.
- **Strong Expertise in AI/ML Tools**: Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and similar frameworks.
- **Big Data Expertise**: Experience with Hadoop, Spark, or other distributed computing systems.
- **Cloud Platforms**: Familiarity with **Google Cloud (preferred), AWS or/and Azure** for model deployment and data pipelines.
- **Data Visualization Skills**: Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- **Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving**: Ability to translate business problems into analytical frameworks.
- **Good Communication Skills**: Strong ability to collaborate across teams and communicate insights effectively.

**Preferred Experience**
- 3-8 years of hands-on experience in Data Science or AI/ML roles.
- Experience in industries like **Mobile, Consumer Goods, or Apparel** is a strong plus.
- Exposure to working in **Agile/Scrum** environments.
- Experience with **Adobe Campaign, RT-CDP**, or similar CRM platforms is desirable.

**Educational Requirements**
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in **Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields**.
- Certifications in AI, Data Science, or Cloud Technologies are a plus.
