We are looking for semi qualified CA who is having 3-5 years experience with internal audit.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct internal audits to assess financial, operational, and compliance processes, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards.
- Develop and execute comprehensive audit programs and procedures, identifying risks and areas for improvement.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend enhancements to mitigate risks and improve efficiency.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings and recommendations, and present them to management for review and action.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and emerging trends in internal auditing to enhance audit methodologies..
- Maintain effective communication and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting a culture of accountability and transparency.

Qualifications or Skills:

- Semi qualified CA having good exposure in internal audit Proven experience in internal auditing, risk assessment, and control evaluation.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Internal audit experience of 4-6 Years after Post qualification OR Semi Qualified /MBA
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
