Architect with Interior Design

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet with clients to determine design requirements, budgets, and project goals.
- Develop detailed architectural designs, drawings, and models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Prepare and present design proposals and construction documents.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders throughout project phases.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design intent and regulations.
- Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal building codes and sustainability standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
- Research and select materials, finishes, and building systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture is must
- Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure (RA, AIA credentials preferred).
- Proficiency in design and modeling tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of building codes, construction methods, and zoning regulations.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in Interior Industry is must
- Familiarity with BIM processes and integrated project delivery.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
