A PRT English Teacher is responsible for teaching basic English language skills, including reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary, to primary school students (typically grades 1-5), focusing on building a strong foundation in the language through engaging activities and differentiated instruction, while also fostering a positive learning environment and addressing individual student needs. Key Responsibilities:

- **Curriculum Development**:Create lesson plans aligned with the primary school English curriculum, incorporating age-appropriate activities, stories, and games to teach foundational English skills.
- **Classroom Instruction**:Deliver interactive lessons that promote active learning, including phonics, sight words, sentence structure, and basic grammar concepts.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:Regularly assess student progress through quizzes, tests, and observation, providing constructive feedback to help students improve.
- **Individualized Learning**:Identify individual student needs and provide differentiated instruction to support diverse learners
- **Reading and Writing Development**:Encourage reading comprehension by introducing various text types, promoting fluency, and guiding students in writing simple sentences and paragraphs.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress, and collaborate with other teachers to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
- **Classroom Management**:Create a positive and engaging learning environment, managing student behavior and promoting active participation.

**Required Skills**:

- **Strong Understanding of Early Childhood Development**:Knowledge of how young children learn and develop language skills.
- **Effective Communication Skills**:Ability to clearly explain concepts, provide feedback, and interact with students of different learning styles.
- **Creativity and Engagement**:Design fun and interactive activities to keep students motivated and interested
- **Adaptability and Flexibility**:Adjust teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students and changing classroom dynamics

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field with a focus on early childhood development
- Teaching Certification for Primary Grades
- Experience working with young children in a classroom setting is preferred

Pay: ₹20,690.25 - ₹27,440.48 per month
