We are looking for a talented and experienced Video Editor to join our creative team. If you have a passion for storytelling through visuals, a strong understanding of video editing tools, and are eager to create dynamic and impactful content, this role is perfect for you. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished videos that align with our brand and the client’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Video Editing: Edit, trim, and combine video footage to create compelling narratives for promotional, corporate, and social media platforms.
- Post-Production: Add transitions, titles, and motion graphics using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects to ensure the final video meets creative standards.
- Visual Effects: Implement basic and advanced visual effects and animations using After Effects.
- Graphic Integration: Work closely with the design team to integrate graphics, illustrations, and images into video content using Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Sound Editing: Sync audio and edit soundtracks, adding sound effects where necessary to enhance the overall quality of the video.
- Quality Control: Review final outputs to ensure visual and audio quality, color correction, and consistency across all media channels.
- Collaboration: Liaise with content creators, marketing teams, and clients to understand project requirements and ensure that final videos meet the creative vision.
- File Management: Organize and maintain project files and backups systematically to ensure easy access and future use.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in Video Editing Software: Expertise in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Creativity & Attention to Detail: A strong sense of storytelling and an eye for aesthetics, ensuring high-quality output.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and collaborate effectively.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of professional experience in video editing or post-production.
- Certification in Viscom or DFT + Multimedia.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in video editing and motion graphics.
- Understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression standards.
- Knowledge of color correction, sound editing, and video production processes.

Additional Experience (Nice to Have):

- Experience with video content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Understanding of camera operations and shooting techniques.
- Experience working in the events/exhibition industry is a plus.
