**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Woodworking**: Perform woodwork and construct, install, and repair various structures, including framing, flooring, cabinetry, and trim work.
- **Measuring and Cutting**: Accurately measure and cut wood and other materials to specification using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
- **Blueprint Reading**: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine material requirements and installation procedures.
- **Repairs and Maintenance**: Carry out repairs on damaged wooden structures and install replacement parts when necessary.
- **Finishing**: Sand, stain, and finish wood surfaces, ensuring a smooth and professional look.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while using tools and working in various environments. Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members, contractors, and supervisors to ensure project completion within deadlines and to specification.
- **Tool Maintenance**: Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Report any damaged tools to the supervisor.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect finished work to ensure high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on carpentry experience, with proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- **Skills**:

- Expertise in woodworking and framing techniques.
- Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and technical drawings.
- Ability to measure accurately and cut materials precisely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
