Job description

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver lectures, facilitate skill labs, and lead practical sessions.

Employ a variety of teaching methods to engage and motivate students effectively.

Provide academic advising and career guidance; support students with resources to enhance their success.

Conduct assessments and evaluate student performance; deliver constructive feedback and timely grades.

Assist students in preparing portfolios and honing interview techniques, including mock viva sessions, group discussions, and personality development.

Maintain accurate student records; participate in departmental meetings and contribute to program planning.

**Skills**:Expertise in teaching, particularly in Radiology, Dialysis, and Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), would be mandatory.

Strong soft skills for effective student engagement and motivation.

Qualifications:
Minimum - B.Sc/ M.Sc in Paramedical Sciences (Radiology, Dialysis, and Medical Laboratory Technology) with 5-6 years of both clinical /academic experience.

Fluency in the Odia language is mandatory.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in educational technology and learning management systems.
