We are looking for competitive and self driven sales professionals for our company Chhabria Housing. Below are the details for the same.

**Job description:

- **
- Responsible for generating revenue through given sales leads.
- Calling prospective leads that are generated by internal/external sources.
- Briefing the customers on project USPs thoroughly and having end to end discussion regarding our project.
- Addressing needs & concerns to fulfil buyer's expectations.
- Scheduling and conducting regular meetings with the Customers/Clients.
- Follow Up with Clients for Site Visits & bookings.
- Good communication skills, Convincing power and confidence

**Salary**: ₹ 4,00,000/ ₹ 7,00,000/- Per Year

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Real estate sales: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Chembur, Ghatkopar, South Mumbai (required)

Preference:

- Should have a Vehicle.

Work Location: In person

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
