**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to new and existing clients to promote HVAC products and services.
- Respond to incoming calls and provide product information or route calls to the concerned department.
- Follow up on leads generated via marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and online inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM or Excel.
- Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales or project teams.
- Handle client queries and provide basic technical or service-related information (training will be provided).
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely follow-up and service delivery.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on call quality, lead sources, and campaign effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or inside sales.
- Good communication skills in English and local languages (Hindi/Regional).
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems or willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
