**Job Summary**:
The Kitchen Helper assists in the smooth operation of the kitchen by supporting chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation, cleaning, and organization tasks. This role ensures cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards at all times.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Dispose of waste and kitchen garbage properly.
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment as required.
- Unload and store food supplies and equipment safely.
- Keep kitchen floors and surfaces clean, dry, and free of hazards.
- Support in receiving and checking deliveries for quantity and quality.
- Refill kitchen stations with necessary supplies (e.g., condiments, clean utensils).
- Follow health and safety regulations strictly.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the kitchen supervisor or chef.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced, hot, and noisy environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
**Working Conditions**:
- Standing for long hours.
- Exposure to heat, steam, and cleaning chemicals.
- Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
