**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing inquiries related to admissions, events, and school activities.
- Welcome visitors, parents, and students, ensuring a warm and professional front-office experience.
- Handle administrative tasks, including managing schedules, maintaining records, and assisting with admission processes.
- Provide accurate information about the school’s programs, facilities, and activities to prospective students and parents.
- Assist in resolving queries and directing calls or visitors to the appropriate department or person.
- Maintain a neat and organized front office area, creating a positive first impression for visitors.
- Coordinate with school staff to ensure smooth communication flow and handle any operational tasks as needed.
- Assist in organizing school events, meetings, and parent-teacher interactions as required.
- Record and maintain daily logs of calls, visitors, and inquiries for reporting purposes.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
- Prior experience in front office, tele calling, or customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Pleasant demeanor with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain a professional approach under pressure.
